I'm Karthik, hope you're doing well. I have read the project description thoroughly and also visited your business website to understand the branding. I will be proceeding as below.

a) Design the slides using wide screen format (currently the slide size is standard 4:3)
b) Create new template with embedded fonts (Arvo & Open Sans Regular) and colors within the template master.
c) Use icons/ infographics to better present the message
d) Create new factsheet and newsletter consistent with the newly created PowerPoint template.
e) I will be creating the newsletter and factsheet using PowerPoint itself as this be much helpful for you in the future to update the contents, save as PDF and share it to your clients.

Yes you are on the right path.

All I would say is our feeling is our branding is dated, looks old. While we want to keep our logo we are happy to change just about anything else if you think it would modernise our branding

Thanks for inviting me to this project. Three questions to get started:
(1) What would you say is the profile of your current investors (age range, income range, common interests, lifestyle, etc)
(2) What is the profile of investors you want to attract, if different from current one?
(3) Is the start of a TOTAL revamping (including for example, a Website Redesign, Premises Redecor, Rebranded collateral, etc)? Or is it just limited to print/digital Marketing materials? This would help me understand how much leeway I have to deviate from current branding.
