Logo Design Brief

This is the parent company for a property group, consisting of architects, construction management , developing, and property management. We want a logo that could ideally have something that could link the group to all of its subsidiaries . All of the subsidiaries will need logos also, But this first task is to get the parent company logo designed first. This needs a modern corporate feel. We are professional consultants as mentioned but also our property development projects we own are in the leisure/holiday home/holiday park space and residential. We generally do larger schemes, so 25 units up to 550 units per project size
