Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for "Turnkey Property Solutions LLC" an all encompassing cleanup and property service business. We will completely restore a property by doing junk removal, tree work, hardscape/landscape, complete land clearing, along with site prep and regrading. We work in the Ocala, fl area in a heavily horse and farm focused area of real estate. We work with dump trailers and heavy equipment from excavtors to skidsteers and large tractors, and also do finer work by hand. The logo should be clean and simple, put our name across, and give the idea of an all around professional service for any property needs.

Target Market(s)

Property owners. Mostly Farm and larger sized property. Also residential, more on the junk removal aspect and more for rental businesses.
