Graphic Design Brief

I need a bottle opener designed for our alcohol breathalyser company called Breatho.
It will be magnetic for peoples fridges.
Hopefully this will get people thinking as they open their bottles of alcohol... "am I OK to drive?"
I like the design examples in the uploaded file. I like how the ring side of the opener has a design on it too.
