Landing Page Design Brief

I need a landing page which will essentially be the page that customers will go to from the 'website' link on GMB listing. It will provide a short overview of services which need to be selectable. a little further down can capture some contact details followed by a large Submit Now button etc...

I have some icon/logo's that can be utilised at the bottom of the page as industry type references.
