Logo Design Brief

We are in need of a logo design for our industrial development which is a warehouse/park distribution center located in Boca Ration, Florida in Palm Beach County submarket. The industrial park is ideally located just off Interstate 95 and will be used by e-commerce and logistic tenants. This is a premiere park in this market.

We are an industrial real estate developer and our design is very modern/sleek industrial buildings (Class A). The logo will be used in marketing for print, web and signage.

Please make sure to use to appeal to the logistic tenants and be bold, innovative, contemporary and more on the masculine side.

The colors acceptable are as follows (RGB):
Green: R67, G149, B57
Green: R108, G179, B63
Grey: R155, G155, B155
Grey: 188, G190, B192
(possible option) Orange: R238, G133, B62
In addition, white, black and silver can be used along with any of the variations above.

The name to be used in the logo is: BOCA PARK OF COMMERCE
