Logo Design Brief

Need a scalable logo for a new real estate investing company based in the Dallas TX area. We purchase private residential real estate for investing purposes. We'd like to get something scalable that will look good not only on a website, but on a ballcap or t-shirt (so colorful is great, but also have it look good if a singular color). Being a residential company, having a house or roof or something "residential" incorporated into the logo, or even city scape, would be nice. Open to any creative ideas.
