T-shirt Design Brief

We need an illustrative design that can be placed on a t-shirt. We would like for the design to be in all white. The design is of a black bear with the redwood trees and he is fishing "with fishing pole" at a river bend. The sun is out and a small cooler with a beer on top of it is placed next to him. He is a chill and fun bear and maybe has sunglasses on.
