Logo Design Brief

I'd like a logo for a new leadership development business, offering coaching and training to help leaders at all levels in organisations achieve personal and professional goals.
The business is called: Aspire Leadership Development Limited.
I want a logo that reflects the idea of aspiring for goals.
Although I like lower case lettering, I'd like the 'A' for Aspire to be uppercase, perhaps with the 'A' representing a mountain.
I like a clean, simple font, with no fancy additions.
I want to use earth-coloured tones - brown, bronze, green shades, but very simple

Requirements

Must have

• The logo should start with an uppercase A. I'd like the A to be pictorial so that it can be used as a standalone image, eg, in powerpoint slides
  The style should be clean, crisp and simple

Nice to have

• Apart from the A, I'd prefer the rest of the lettering to be lower case
  I like the idea of the A looking like a mountain to reflect the idea of conquering challenges

Should not have

• Don't use fancy fonts or any serif fonts
  Avoid multiple colours - this should be simple and clean
