Dear Project Owner Iam interested in submitting a design which I’m sure will draw much needed attention, however the budget for such is way too low hence the reason I have been refraining from designing for projects with low prizes. A design like this takes time not to mention preparing the final files and the fees taken out of the cost plus the fee fee you have to pay to get your money. I hope this makes sense to all.
