what about something where we Divide the RI and SE, putting them on a slant and making the i and s meet like a "v". then in the middle we have some kinds of road or pathway to excellence (like a horizon road maybe)?

Hi everyone, I have updated the brief as I feel the logos are missing a sense of interdisciplinarity. Please see here:

Create a logo for a learning management system (LMS) called RISE: Raising Interdisciplinary Scientist Excellence. The goal is for this LMS to be an open source platform to share and use learning tools, to develop the core competencies of a skilled health professional researcher, while providing infrastructure for mentorship and progress review. We want this system to become the free 'go to resource' for scientist training.

The group that is putting this system together is child health research focused, but the system will be open to all researchers (not just child health). We would like the logo to
1. Use live vibrant colors, giving a sense of inclusivity, diversity an openness
2. Be empowering - we are giving researchers the opportunity to take control of their future and make the connections they need to learn and grow as a researcher, at the tip of their fingers. We are giving teachers the opportunity to have a safe space to mentor in and share their expertise with the world.
3. Be welcoming, something that you want to share with people.
4. Share the notion that this system should be the student’s pathway to research excellence.
5. Have a sense of interdisciplinarity - a community/team approach to education and mentorship
