Logo Design Brief

I have an existing logo for my business (which I've included in the uploaded files). I'd like to create a new logo for a particular part of my business that creates training and coaching packages, to link back to the original logo in some way - ideally I would like the exact same colours, but also I would like to reference in some way the leaf design (especially casting the shadow) from the original logo. It doesn't have to be the whole leaf - but I'd like to see the link. The logo could use the same fonts or different fonts. The final logo should look professional, trustworthy and contemporary. I don't want something that looks too formal or technical.
