Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for an online veterinary oncology consulting business for general practice veterinarians and pet owners. The business will be highly personal, high touch involving virtual video appointments. The look and feel should be comforting, warm, hopeful, refined, and memorable (not cold and crisp). Ideas I had for the logo include a lotus flower with outline of a dog AND cat. The logo should be able to be part of my website and business card and look nice in black and white when printed. Colors NEUTRAL, EARTHY, WARM- grays,taupe, moss, tan, etc. No red/aggressive colors or look, no cartoonish looking animals. I am looking for a creative logo to express my brand that is not too busy or distracting/hard to figure out.
