Logo Design Brief

I am launching a property development business. Although dealing in property, I am not a real estate agent. I am a high school teacher (female, mature-aged - but young at heart, active bushwalking, cycling) doing property development to supplement my retirement (in 5 years) income. I need to create a connection with two groups: 1) potential land owners (eg elderly, mums and dads) who I will approach to purchase their house site, and 2) potential money partners who I will approach to invest in the projects that I find. The final design should communicate trust, integrity, helpful, patient, honesty. My individual colours are 'cool clear'.
