Logo Design Brief

Logo brand for a new 55+ residential living development. This is a new residential community development that we are building - it is geared towards the +55 adult living community. The development wraps around a bend in a river and is surrounded by forest areas. Therefore we would like to focus our colors on blue and green and incorporate a bending river in their logo with script.
