Logo Design Brief

Hello,
I need the design of a logo and the name of a company called "Radical Clean Solutions" (RCS). The logo can include the letters RCS of the company, but it doesn`t have to. It can be a stand alone logo with the company name below it. Think of Nike and the Swift.
The base color should be a lighter blue - like clean air.
The color pallet should be mostly around blue, but is not limited to blue if you feel other colors will improve your design.
The design of the logo and the company name should communicate "breath of fresh air", clean, safety, protecting yourself, immunsystem, clean air.
