T-shirt Design Brief

I'm looking for baseball shirt designs with the word Motivated in it. It needs to be tough looking. Can be hand drawn, or with some dirt and some grit. Needs to be original and... for lack of better words needs to be motivating to look at it. Does that make sense? Feel free to ask me any questions that you might have. This is kind of the start of my brand so it needs to be an awesome design to get us going.
