Logo Design Brief

The winning logo had to be withdrawn because it was copied from somewhere else. Competition is now back open!

I need a logo designed for my company. The company will be a carpenter shop for the public to come in and build personal projects. It will basically be a maker's space for people. The color scheme should probably stick around black and orange colors. Tape measure colors is what I am envisioning. I wouldn't mind seeing some pops of contrasting colors though. This should have the same feel as a logo that can be displayed on the front of a building and be easily readable.
