T-shirt Design Brief

Please find attached our branding guidelines and below the list of businesses that we would like to include in the design. We would like to create our "Spark Logo" with the names of the businesses/clubs we own and this could be sublimated onto the Polo.

Purpose:

This Polo will initially be worn by staff who are volunteering and by the Board of Directors at events and functions.
Therefore it is important that this be a good quality polo, that's not only striking, but can be worn in a boardroom environment too.

Design Elements:
We would like to use the business listings and sub clubs to create our spark on the shirt as option 1. Alternatively, option 2 is to use current logo and incorporate the names in some other way on the shirt.
We are happy to step away from simply black and gold as you will see in branding guidelines attached.
We don’t want pockets on the shirts.
Not sure what we want to put on sleeve, but one thought was to use organisational Values or our Mission (don’t know if this will work in design).
Would be nice to incorporate the phrase: "We exist to improve the lives of our members"
