Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for our client who is a Surgeon. He specializes mainly in liver, pancreas and gall bladder surgeries.
We would like to see some logos with his name or initials and text underneath and also with an image of the liver, pancreas, gallbladder to the left of the text - examples are uploaded to the brief. Combine these examples in to a nice logo please.
Colours to use are light blue, grey, white, black.
