Brochure Design Brief

Brochure design for business supporting people with psycho-social disabilities to develop a connection with nature. We do bush walking, camping and bush-craft related activities to help people feel home in the outdoors. My vision is for more people to develop a transformative relationship with Nature creating more fulfilling, connected, and environmentally-sustainable communities. I have attached for inclusion some notes and a photo of myself.

I also need a logo. I have attached a sketch of a basic idea that I had incorporating a tree surrounding a sitting figure. The person, fire and tree could blend into each other and re-combine like an ouroborus (see attached image). I have also attached a circular image of diogenes sitting which has nice proportions for a circular logo.

For inspo, some concepts that I resonate with are: mind, consciousness, psychedelic values, wonder, wisdom, philosophy, plants, ecology, ecosystems (esp. Australian woodlands), the night sky, ancient civilisations, primitive societies, minimalism, balance, dynamic equilibrium...

Target Market(s)

The brochure will be aimed at potential participants, so should be concise and appealing. It will also be directed to the carers and Support Coordinators of people with disabilities, so it should be professional, sincere, and not sales-pitchy.

Must have

• 1 page double sided able to be folded in three.
  Green colour scheme
  Photo of myself should be associated with the "contact" section. Can be cropped to headshot if appropriate etc. Neither photo should be too prominent. Other images are okay.
