Web Design Brief

I have a weebly web site need design and formatted using the color and look and feel similar to another site. Our web site is currently behind password. http://www.go2mycoach.com pwd Time2GetStarted!

I'm looking to layout like https://www.eosworldwide.com/blog

We want a yellow, light yellow, gray and black as the main colors. Attached image show color of yellow and light yellow. I don't have a specific color for gray and black. If you think there should be addition colors in the color pallet we greatly appreciate your expertise.

We need the logo designed. Right now its just text.

I don't like that our site list the full blog one after another, I like the tiled look, image, tile and small amount of text. Click and go into a blog. Often at the end of a blog you can jump back to main page, and/or see three additional blog tiles. We like how orange carries through on buttons and text, Accent colors are consistent.

I need CSS that can be inserted into each form. If you look at the source of the form, you can see how I tried to format given the form elements. I cannot change the form, but I can easily insert CSS for the form.

I need a template that can be used in Weebly site either you edit on our site or give us a template that can be used.
