T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking for a designer who can help me design some cool fitness shirt designs for women and men. The Fashion Brand is calles "Alpha Raw". The final designs should be suitable for the gym. The logo should be someplace on the shirts, preferable on the right chest (view from front) and should not be too big. There could for example be something be written on the back as "not here for talkin" or keep it clean. Looking forward to your examples.
