Logo Design Brief

We require a creative logo for out charitable foundation that can be used in a variety of ways, most importantly for donor recognition. First of all, we would like to be able to give our donors a lapel pin in appreciation and recognition of their gift. As well, we see this logo might be used on the front of cards (such as birthday and thank-you cards), and also used in online. In the past, carnations have been given to our donors at appreciation events. We would like the carnation to be part of the logo, As well, our organization stems from the Lutheran denomination, and the Luther Rose has a strong connection. We are wondering if there is a way to combine both the Luther Rose and a carnation. The logo does not need to use a traditional version of the Luther Rose (ie - it can be stylized, or changed from the original). Other considerations - the lapel pin would most likely be in full colour.
