Graphic Design Brief

I have ordered 5 hand made Swedish decanters for me and my bestmen. The idea is to present these decanters to them as a gift.

The task is to design an illustration or pattern that I can give to a glass grinder person. The glass grinder will then grind the pattern into the glass itself.

The design could be both old (as pictured) or modern (up to you). Preferably with a shield or somewhere to put the initials VK, RN, RN, RH, and OA. So 5 persons. 5 decanters.
