Car Wrap Design Brief

Looking for graphic design work for David Goodchild - Real Estate Associate. Name of the company is Goodchild Realty Services. Slogan is:
Real Estate Real Results - We would really like to see the slogan used.

In need of an ad design that will be used for a bus ad. Bus ad specs included in attachments.

Our color scheme is Black & White with a hint of Navy Blue and we are open to a little bit of gold to add a little bit of color. We like the idea of the ad being in black and white and then just adding a hint of blue. Davids photo might be nice black and white. Open to ideas on this.

The final design should communicate professionalism, strength and approachability while being eye catching with a bit of wow factor. Something clean and modern with potentially some interesting graphic work.

Our ad design must incorporate the Remax Elite Logo doesn't have to be in the color red like attached photo. It can be in any color that goes well with the ad just needs to be present.

We love the attached ad idea that I have included to help give some idea of where we are going. No purple however we want to stick with the Navy as the main color choice.

The dimensions for the bus ad are are attached in specs for the bus.
We really like the idea of using the head shot of David standing in the blue shirt for the bus ad, (can be in color or black and white) We are however open to the other photo in attachments. Looking to see what you come up with.

I have included David's name written in more of a signature font like the ad idea has. We want something in more of a signature for his name. See Signature for David Goodchild for ex. Something as close to this as possible. Needs to be very easy to read from afar. Please don't include the power of property that is on this photo. We don't like this slogan.

I have attached, head shots of David, Our companies current logo which is the house and an overall picture idea of the look we are going for. We really like this ad for an idea, black and white with a splash of color at the bottom. Again our color is Navy Blue.
