Hi Elizabeth.

I was a bit confused by your message initially as this is the first time I have ever used a site like this. It asks me to give a star rating for all designs. Giving a 5 star on each design states that I am very happy with a design and may select it. I am not sure how it works for designers, and the last thing I want to do is have a negative effect on a designers opportunity to work. I am grateful for every person that takes the time to submit a design.

However, anything better than a 3 star rating suggests I am close to what i require. Therefore, even if i think a design has reached none of the expected brief, I will only go as low as a 3 star, but I cannot give it a 5 star rating out of courtesy or Design Crowd will assume I have found what I am looking for!

Please help educate me, if you think I am doing something wrong in this process! Thanks

I have updated the brief into 5 sections so it is easy to follow. It provides you with most of the design construct needed to visualise the end product. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask anything as I would be delighted to help realise the perfect design.

Well for the designs that you don't like just don't give them any star rating simply ignore them. You can leave a good star rating it won't do anything to your project it would just encourage the designers to do more quality work. It'll be like appreciation for us. And leave an encouraging comment too. Hope it clears things.

Just to let you know I had removed 'lion pommel' handles from the swords design, simplifying the finished product a little.

A few extra images have also been provided to help direct designers even more accurately.
