Must have

• Company colors are a dark blue background with reflective silver lettering and images. I envision a design with the Charlotte skyline in silver at the top of the logo. Directly under the skyline image is the word "METROLINA" with "Management & Realty LLC " in smaller letters in the line or lines under "METROLINA."

Nice to have

• Darker blue than the color selected on the color wheel below. Seeking stark contrast between dark blue background and reflective silver
