Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo for my toy company that depicts (1) it’s a toy company and (2) is a play on words with “motherland” referring both to Africa or other native land AND a land for moms to shop for toys! I don’t have anything specific in mind, but I like clever logos like a “byte” out of the apple for Apple, Inc. and the arrow in FedEx between the E and x. This design will be used across all platforms, shipping, ads, etc., so you’ll be responsible for helping me decide the brand!

I don't want Africa to be obvious. I also don't want to be obvious on race/ethnicity so that we are welcoming to all customers.
