Logo Design Brief

We need a logo with graphics for a new subsidiary, Medicare1234.com, that will be marketing online an easier way for 64-70 year olds to enter medicare. The premise is that Medicare1234.com with make medicare as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4. Some tag lines we have considered include: Making Medicare as simple as 1234, Medicare as simple as 1234 or Medicare in 4 simple steps (open for other suggestions). We are open to different colors and while our demo maybe a little older we like modern to contemporary style with a clean simple appearence.
