Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Boise, Idaho called "Treasure Valley HAUL AWAY". The emphasis being on the words Haul Away, as the Treasure Valley is just the geographic area we are located in. We will primarily be in the business of junk removal & hauling services.

We are looking for a clean and professional logo. Although the specific words junk removal will not be directly displayed in logo, I would like something in the logo that represents "removal". I have attached a quick mock up for a logo idea I came up just to see what a logo might look like. I used a picture of a junk removal truck to convey "junk removal" in the logo without words. Please do not copy this concept exactly and feel free to come up with your own design as I was just playing around. We also like badge like logos (see examples in uploads) but open to any ideas. Also see example in attachments of the type of junk removal truck we use to represent in logo.

Target Market(s)

Primary target market are people who need stuff removed/disposed of from a location and taken to a landfill. This could include direct customers, property owners, storage unit managers, business etc.

Requirements

Must have

• Design must show well on both black and white backgrounds as our trucks are white and dump trailers are black.

Nice to have

• If using a junk removal truck in logo, please have it shown with the bed in the dumping position or show junk coming out of the bed of the truck.
  We like 3 to 4 colors especially orange/black/white but are open to any color ideas.

Should not have

• No very cartoonish characters, Please limit green or avoid.
