T-shirt Design Brief

We are looking a quality design t shirt for our company to wear. We custom build homes in the US. We are looking for a design that lets our customers know we are committed to quality craftmanship in our homes. Our name and logo has changed a little since our last design. I can upload those for reference. Logo design # 3 is the logo we use. attached old t shirt design for reference only (not looking the same design) . attached a pic of framing square we could possibly use in design. We like to use the phrase "fine custom homes" on the t-shirt also.
