Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my business litigation law firm based in Jacksonville, Florida. The logo will be used on our website, social media pages, and possibly even stationary and business cards. The general theme I'm going for is sophisticated business litigation attorney. Tasteful, yet creative. Professional, yet unique.

The main use of the logo is for our website. Our website will look like the link site, but this is NOT our site. We will be using the same layout and colors of this website. Notably, I do not like the logo on their site. It's not professional enough. I'm just using it to give you an idea of where the logo will go and to see the colors that we will be using.
