Logo Design Brief

I'm starting a small, self-run coaching business. It is aimed at everyone working on environment/sustainable development and/or in academia. I build on methods from improv theatre. I'd like to have a logo for the website (http://www.tukan-coaching.com/) as well as correspondence.

My brand is Tukan Coaching. Tukan is German for toucan (the bird), related to my appreciation for nature and the coloful feathers of the toucan, which symbolize the diversity that my coachees can build on to develop their individual solutions and approaches.

I'd definitely like to have the bird in the logo in some way or another. I'd greatly appreciate if you could use the Toco Toucan (i.e. the 'standard' black/white/yellow one, not the more colorful varieties; see e.g. https://birdworld.co.uk/product/adoption-toucan/) as inspiration.
