Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for the relaunch of a long dormant company that is coming back to life. It is an online music mixing studio based at our home in Tucson, Arizona. It is called 'Magnetic Penguin Music Services'. In addition to mixing audio for musicians and performers, we also offer music composition/scoring and electric-bass player for hire services. We would like to see clean, simple designs in black/white/grey scale that incorporate into it the image of a penguin. The final design can be whimsical, but should above all communicate professionalism.
