Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo design that embodies that I am a Canadian who helps people make positive change in their lives through my life coaching practice. The colours in the design should include red, white and black (and hint of yellow if it works). I have attached my own concept logo ideas doc. to give the designer a visual of what I am looking for.
