Logo Design Brief

We want the general style as attached, but instead of a flame outline with the face in the middle we want a sail theme to play on our name. We like the shape of the face. In summary, We want a good looking face with a flag/ship background. We wants to see both color combinations. Black/gold and Blue/Green.
Maybe also move the word “surgery” to a new line below by itself and make larger.
