Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my company Timnath Eye Care. I am a private Optometry clinic located near Fort Collins Colorado. I need a simple logo that can be used on many things but mainly for our own personal use on business sign, company shirts, engrave on Yeti Cups, and to use on website and letterhead. We are a small clinic and I want to include an eye in the design as well as something to reflect our location here next to the mountains. I like the new colorado state logo with the mountains inside of the "C" . Maybe something with an Eye logo with mountains in the background? I like the use of black/gray outlines with blue/ teal colors.
