Logo Design Brief

Our business will be providing game and informative content on the Magic the Gathering card game. As the game incorporates 5 elements that each have a distinctive philosophical system behind it, we would like the logo to include all 5 of these in a creative and visually appealing way. Here is a link to an article which describes the philosphy behind each colour as well as the colour scheme we would like used for each colour (e.g. the blue needs to be close to navy, not a light sky blue):

The colours are typically represented as follows:

Black: death, decay, skulls, swamps, undead
White: Life, light, protection, unity, plains
Blue: intelligence, planning, islands, water, academic
Green: nature, forests, coexistence with nature and animals
Red: fire, passion, anger, mountains

For the right artist, we will look for future collaborative efforts.

• The mana symbols themselves (see link in brief) are NOT allowed to be used as they are trademarked. Therefore the design must not use those specific symbols in any which way or form (including slightly altered versions of them).
