Wordpress Design Brief

I need theme modification/customization and logo for a Wordpress theme that I can use the blog about bread baking. Needs to include pictures & recipes.

Can provide access to my wordpress.com site. Have paid for https://mythemeshop.com/themes/fresh/ but open to alternatives.

The site name is "type85.com" (type 85 flour is a type of bread flour used in artisan bread baking). Not particular on color palette - am looking for your creativity.

I've included some logos for other domains I have to help provide some inspiration.
