Logo Design Brief

We are entering in a JV with a company called TIPC and the new company will be called TIPH (Taiwan International Port Heavy machinery). The new logo needs to have similarity with the original logo, but cannot be too much alike.

In the shared files you can find the original TIPC logo, our first attempt TIPH logo which was rejected because it was found too similar, a TIPL logo as an example, the current TIPH in-house suggestion which has been rejected by the partners (us).
