Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my very first outpatient physical therapy clinic with my name called 'Alex Han Physical Therapy'. Although I will be providing variety of treatments but will focus on exercises or movements. My motto are 'Movement As Medicine' and 'Move Well and Live Well'. Designs don't have to include my motto but just wanted to provide more information about my clinic and my general thoughts.
