Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new UK based Joinery company. We build high quality windows, doors and staircases and service most of the South of England including London.
We are craftsmen producing really good quality joinery work so the logo needs to say high quality but also have a traditional, craft look and feel to it.
You could try and integrate a joinery product into the logo but no cartoons or Mario brothers style people holding hammers
If you look at what a Sash window is, this is probably 75% of what we produce along with quality doors.
We build in hardwood (oak) and softwood so that might help ?
