Logo Design Brief

We have converted a school bus into a taco truck, typically it's UPS/FedEx trucks that are converted so this is extremely unique especially in New York. We'll be serving fresh tacos, like chicken, steaks, as well as seasonal options and limited servings like fish, shrimp, or tongue tacos. We'll also sell fresh juices such as Aguas Frescas in different flavors and horchatas. The design colors we'd like to use would be red, white/cream, and black. The bus colors are red, green, and white. So if the logo colors we're thinking doesn't work, we defer to your best judgment. We also really love vintage designs so please use two files attached as inspiration. Also do not limit your design to a circle.
