Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new bar we are opening called LuLu's Spirits. The bar is located in Cocoa Beach , FL and we want to incorporate something beachy as well as something from SpaceX/NASA. But we don't want to make it overly complicated. We want to communicate a higher end and intimate bar experience that is fun and relaxing for those that like good drinks, good food and good music.

Not sure about tag line with logo... still brainstorming ideas
