Logo Design Brief

Jerrik's (name of the business)
"Where Texas Meats Island Style" (tag line...and Meats is intentionally spelled that way to be a pun)
These are two best friends who wish they lived in the islands and want to cook good food for friends, families and strangers. They are silly and funny with a wild sense of humor and want the logo to reflect that same fun nature.
Vision: very Caribbean. Eventually these best friends want to take their business to the islands and serve up good food right on the beach.

Color scheme should be blues and tropical colors. Be inspired by a beach sunset and a beautiful ocean.
We are not based in Texas just doing a Texas style BBQ on some of the food so the state of Texas shape or representation should not be included in the design.

Imagine: A hammock supported by two palm trees with a cow in the hammock sipping on a cocktail from a coconut shell.

That image in the center with the business name in an arch over the top.
The tag line in a complimenting arch at the bottom - the image is almost a circle.

The image can be enclosed with a circle that looks like a burnt circle - like a cattle brand...or the name Jerricks can somehow incorporate the cattle brand idea.

Target Market(s)

Food truck patrons and those who want a fun outdoor catering event that screams for BBQ and Hawaiian food with an island, tropical flair.
