T-shirt Design Brief

We are developing a collared shirt for our safety committee members. They are the department safety representative, First responder, and incident investigator. We want a shirt that has a logo on the front and a design on the back that helps others identify them. I've attached a few older designs but do not want the identical design returned to me we are looking for something new.
