Logo Design Brief

We are creating a "off shoot" of a social enterprise called Exela Ventures that organizes and leads development projects and educational programs in Guatemala for US and Canadian students. The off shoot is called "The 5 Dollar Challenge," please read below.

Meanwhile, we want this logo to represent this "offshoot" of Exela and yet support it...can you link somehow the eX or just the X of Exela into the logo please?

Description of the $5 Challenge:

A recent phenomenon, “The 5 Dollar Challenge” is sweeping across high school and student entrepreneurship organizations across the country and challenging students to put their entrepreneurial genius to work in order to multiply their “$5 eX Factor” as many times as possible for the benefit of their local community.

This is how it works:

1) A teacher or organization leader gives approval for us to visit their class or group.
2)We walk into a classroom, give a fun, interactive, and inspiring presentation on young entrepreneurship, leadership, and thinking outside of the box.
3)At the end of the presentation, we give them the challenge by handing everyone in the room a $5 bill.
4) They have 5 weeks to multiply this $5 as many times as they can. If they chose to spend the money on a "gatorade and a candy bar" we won't come knocking on their door, but if they choose the Challenge...well, then the journey begins!
5) After 5 weeks we return to celebrate the process and give the money made away to a charity of their choice....social entrepreneurship baby!

Middle school, highschool, and college students are the target end users, but their teachers must approve first.


Inspired by an Exela Ventures Think Tank represented by an young entrepreneur, philanthropist, and dean of a business school committed to cultivating entrepreneurial spirit and putting their money where their mouth is, “The 5 Dollar Challenge” is designed to challenge young people across America to “take the Challenge” and create as much value as possible with a 5 dollar bill better known as the “$5 eX Factor.”

  We want this logo to be easily printable for t-shirts, stickers, books, and be used as a stand alone..."Oh, Look! It's the $5 Challenge!"
  
  We will be asking your designers to then follow up with a web page, so please keep that in mind...once you work with us, we are committed to deepening the relationship.
  
  Something engaging, creative, and bright!
  
  Also, must use the letter X somehow to relate to our umbrella company Exela Ventures...see attachment.
