for some reason it doesnt show me the "submit" button so that I could upload my proposals. Is the project closed?

I cant find a way to submit my proposals and I made about 7-8 of them. If you are available for receiving more proposals, let me know! for now the submission button has dissapeared .

it says tha project is closed , pending selection, but on the side of the brief it says :
Project Deadline
Wednesday, July 22, 2020 UTC

in 6 days ending , not today. Hopefully you will open it again so that I could submit?

yes it still says closed indeed , and there is no submission button available, but on the right side it says deadline 22nd of July ( but there is no way to submit :( )
