  The main business messages or keywords of the Department:
  "Rigor"
  "Segurança"
  "Proximidade"

Nice to have

• The logo in all pages.
  The name of the Department in all pages, with the slogan.
  The keywords well visible in the first page and maybe as large watermarks on following pages.
